Il networking come strumento innovativo di cura e garanzia di qualità in oncologia cervico-cefalica

Cari amici,
i primi quindici anni di vita di AIOCC sono stati caratterizzati da una intensa attività scientifica e culturale che ha prodotto l’implementazione nella quotidianità dell’approccio multidisciplinare al cancro del distretto testa-collo. Si tratta di un risultato straordinario, di cui andare fieri. Le varie componenti professionali di AIOCC operano e ragionano ormai in modo uniforme, senza alcuna distinzione di estrazione o appartenenza.
Nel solco di questa stretta collaborazione multidisciplinare, AIOCC vuole proporvi il programma del Congresso Nazionale che celebrerà il suo quindicinale allo scopo di festeggiare gli anni vissuti insieme e al contempo programmare l’attività futura, prossima e remota.
Lo spazio congressuale è stato assegnato, in misura differente, a ognuna delle tre macroaree di comune interesse:
► 10% alla policy, intesa come indirizzo e governo organizzativo da dare alla nostra Associazione e che risponde al tema principale del congresso, il networking
► 50% alla science, intesa come updating puntuale e propositivo su tematiche di sicuro interesse multidisciplinare
► 40% alla education, lo strumento più efficace per determinare l’avanzamento delle conoscenze pratiche e l’implementazione di procedure virtuose.
Anche la composizione della Faculty e del Comitato Scientifico ha seguito le logiche di continuità tra generazioni e generi, segno tangibile della freschezza che AIOCC è in grado di esprimere nel solco di una tradizione di qualità.
Si tratta di un congresso celebrativo e, come tale, sarà occasione di festa ospitare numerosi colleghi stranieri che arricchiranno, con lo spessore dei loro contributi e il calore umano che sanno esprimere, le due giornate albesi.
Ancora una volta la generosità della Fondazione Ferrero ci ha gratificati, mettendoci a disposizione gratuitamente la prestigiosa sede congressuale: grazie per la grande sensibilità, ci fate sentire realmente a casa!
Nell’augurio che il dolce abbraccio della primavera piemontese illumini e scaldi queste nostre importanti giornate, vi aspettiamo numerosi ad Alba.

Dear friends,
the first fifteen years of AIOCC’s life were characterized by intense scientific and cultural activity which resulted in the implementation of the multidisciplinary approach to head and neck cancer in the current practice. This is an extraordinary result, one to be proud of. The various professional components of AIOCC now operate and think in a uniform way, without any distinction of origin or belonging.
In the wake of this close multidisciplinary collaboration, AIOCC wants to offer you the program of the National Congress which will celebrate its fortnightly in order to pay homage to the years lived together and at the same time plan future, near and distant activities.
The congress space has been assigned, to a different extent, to each of the three macro-areas of our interest:
► 10% to the policy, understood as the direction and organizational governance to be given to our Association and which responds to the main theme of the congress, the networking
► 50% to science, understood as punctual and proactive updating on topics of certain multidisciplinary interest
► 40% to education, the most effective tool for determining the advancement of practical knowledge and the implementation of virtuous procedures.
Even the composition of the Faculty and of the Scientific Committee has followed the logic of continuity between generations and genres, a tangible sign of the freshness that AIOCC is able to express in the wake of a tradition of quality. It is a celebratory congress and, as such, it will be a festive occasion to host numerous foreign colleagues who will enrich the two days in Alba with the depth of their contributions and the human warmth they are able to express.
Once again the Ferrero Foundation has proved generous offering us its prestigious Congress Venue free of charge: thanks to their great awarness, you really make us feel at home!
Hoping the sweet embrace of the Piedmontese spring will shed light and warm these important days of work, we look forward to seeing you in Alba.

Le iscrizioni al congresso si chiuderanno il 7 marzo 2024. Dopo la chiusura delle registrazioni online sarà possibile iscriversi solo in sede congressuale.

Le quote di iscrizione sono comprensive di IVA.
La quota di iscrizione al Congresso comprende: la partecipazione ai lavori scientifici, la cartella congressuale, l’attestato di frequenza, pranzi e coffee break.
Il pagamento della quota di iscrizione può essere effettuato mediante bonifico bancario o tramite carta di credito.

Registration for the congress will close on 7th March 2024. After the closure of the online registration, it will be possible to register only at the congress venue.

Registration fees include 22% VAT.
The registration fee for the Congress includes: participation in scientific works, the congress folder, the certificate of attendance, lunches and coffee breaks.
The payment of the registration fee can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

Educazione Continua in Medicina
Il Congresso sarà accreditato e genererà punteggio ECM. La richiesta di accreditamento è stata inoltrata per le seguenti categorie: Otorinolaringoiatria, Audiologia e Foniatria, Oncologia, Radioterapia, Chirurgia maxillo-facciale, Chirurgia generale, Anatomia patologica, Radiodiagnostica, Infermieristica.
CME
The Congress will be accredited and will generate CME points. The accreditation request has been forwarded for the following categories: Otolaryngology, Oncology, Radiotherapy, Maxillofacial Surgery, General Surgery, Pathological Anatomy, Radiodiagnostics, Nurses.

Contributi scientifici
Il 10° Congresso Nazionale AIOCC è aperto alla presentazione di contributi scientifici, sottoforma di comunicazioni orali, virtual poster o audiovisivi, da parte di tutti gli iscritti.
I lavori devono rispettare le caratteristiche illustrate nelle Linee Guida per la presentazione di contributi scientifici.
Il Comitato Scientifico premierà con l’iscrizione gratuita gli specialisti/specializzandi under 40 che avranno sottomesso un contributo scientifico giudicato meritorio.
DEADLINE invio abstract:
14 gennaio 2024 entro e non oltre le ore 24.00

indicando tema principale e se ci si candida per comunicazione orale, virtual poster o video.
Scientific Contributions
The 10th IHNS National Meeting is opened to the submission of scientific contributions in the form of free communication, virtual poster or video, by any members.
The works must comply with the characteristics illustrated in the Guidelines for Scientific Contributions.
The Scientific Committee will award free registration to the under 40 colleagues/residents who have submitted a scientific contribution - oral communication, virtual posters or audiovisuals - judged to be of particular importance.
DEADLINE abstract submission:
January 14th, 2024 within 12 pm Italian hour.
